Non-contact linear displacement sensor LP-10HA series

High-durability, noise-free Hall IC type linear stroke sensor.

This is a non-contact stroke sensor using a Hall IC. The detection is inexpensive due to the adoption of a resin case (PBT) with a built-in return spring, allowing for detection under 10mm. Since there are no sliding brushes for non-contact detection, it has zero sliding noise and zero wear from vibrations or micro-movements, making it ideal for applications requiring long-term reliability. This is a linear displacement sensor using conductive plastic (conductive resin). Green Pot refers to our contact-type potentiometers that utilize conductive plastic (conductive resin) resistive elements. The conductive plastic resistive element is an integrated molded component created by compressing and heating refined carbon-based fillers as the resistance on the surface of the plastic material. It features a sliding surface with flatness close to a mirror finish, and some have a carbon film printed on them. A multi-contact of noble metal alloy is made to contact this sliding track, providing the performance of a precision potentiometer. These products are identified as Green Pot by having the body or label in green.
